Why It's Our Favorite Ride
My favorite ride in Disney has to be Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress. It’s a rotating theater show that takes you through the progress of technology and its impact on family life. I love how it’s a live show, and the animatronics are so realistic that it feels like you’re really part of the story. Plus, it’s a great way to take a break from the heat and crowds of the park. My tip would be to ride it in the afternoon when the wait times are lower, and keep an eye out for the hidden Mickeys throughout the show.
What to Eat
If you’re looking for a snack to enjoy before or after riding Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress, head over to Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies in Tomorrowland. They have a variety of delicious treats, including soft-serve ice cream, smoothies, and sundaes. I recommend trying the Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe Sundae, which is a vanilla sundae topped with hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry. It’s the perfect sweet treat to enjoy while reflecting on the progress of technology and family life showcased in the attraction.
