Why It's Our Favorite Ride
Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid is my absolute favorite ride in Disney. The slow-moving ride takes you through scenes from Disney’s The Little Mermaid, and the attention to detail is incredible. From the colorful fish and coral to the animatronic characters, it truly feels like you’re underwater with Ariel and her friends. I recommend riding this attraction in the morning or evening to avoid long wait times, and keep an eye out for hidden Mickeys throughout the ride.
What to Eat
After riding Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid, head over to Prince Eric’s Village Market for a delicious snack. This quick-service location offers a variety of options, but I highly recommend trying the Mermaid Donut. This Instagram-worthy treat is a vanilla donut topped with purple icing and a white chocolate mermaid tail. It’s the perfect way to continue the undersea theme and satisfy your sweet tooth. Plus, Prince Eric’s Village Market is conveniently located right next to the ride.
