Why It's Our Favorite Ride
The Maharajah Jungle Trek is my favorite attraction in Disney because it’s like taking a peaceful stroll through a lush Asian jungle filled with exotic animals. The self-guided tour allows you to take your time and really appreciate the beauty of the surroundings while getting up close and personal with tigers, bats, and other creatures. My tip is to go early in the morning when the park opens to avoid the crowds and catch the animals at their most active. Keep an eye out for hidden Mickeys scattered throughout the trail!
What to Eat
After exploring the Maharajah Jungle Trek, head over to the Yak & Yeti Local Food Cafes for some delicious Asian-inspired cuisine. The menu features a variety of options such as Korean BBQ ribs, teriyaki chicken, and vegetable stir-fry. For a snack, try the egg rolls or the fried wontons. The restaurant is located in the same land as the attraction, so it’s a convenient and tasty option for a meal or snack.
